Background:
Ashley hails from sunny South Florida but found her stride in Atlanta. Her journey began with two exhilarating seasons as an NBA dancer for the Atlanta Hawks, where she honed her ambassadorship and teamwork skills. Following her time courtside, Ashley spent a decade in the multifamily real estate industry, where she successfully acquired, managed, repositioned, stabilized, and sold over 2,000 multifamily units across Georgia and Colorado. Her expertise spanned market analytics, asset strategy, structured capital improvements, and asset management.
After leaving the corporate world, Ashley partnered with her father, a leading importer of pre-fabricated natural stone for large-scale projects. Together, they grew the business to over $50M in sales within just two years. While the family business thrived, Ashley’s passion for people and community drew her back to her true calling: real estate. In 2017, she earned her real estate license and never looked back, paving her way as a fearless leader in the industry.

Adam Sunshine, an Atlanta native with a background in design and sales, spent his youth in Gwinnett County before moving to the city in 2006. He is well-versed in both the metro Atlanta suburbs and the many diverse neighborhoods within the perimeter. Adam earned his real estate license in 2021 and joined Keller Williams First Atlanta, where he was recognized as the top-selling new agent. He was also invited to join the board of directors, serving for two years. Adam’s passion for real estate stems from his desire to connect with people on a personal level, helping them achieve their lifestyle goals by securing dream homes and building wealth through real estate. Helping others has always been a top priority for this ambitious individual, regardless of the avenue. In December 2024, Adam decided to leave Keller Williams and joined Method Realty, specifically the AŠRÊ team led by Ashley Skeen.
